How does the Subscription work?
Expressa Configurator’s subscription model is based on a credit quota per user and per year. With each user, you acquire credits to
create content (as shown in the table below).
This model provides full flexibility for deciding how to use your credits depending on the type of content you want to create.

Long Term - Annual Agreement
- Best for continuous usage with several aircraft throughout the year.
- Perfect for design, marketing and sales users, specs sessions with clients, showrooms and events.
- Get full or partial access to the Aircraft Library, based on your plan (Pro or Basic).
- It’s the most cost-effective solution. Guarantees the Lower price per rendering and movies.
Short Term - Monthly Agreement
- Good for smaller projects when you can´t commit to an entire year.
- Great solution for project-based users.
- Reduced access to the aircraft library, one aircraft per month.

*Suppliers´s Edition: Subscription to this plan requires uploading material collections to the Expressa Cloud. These collections will be accessible to OEMs, MROs, and Designers who have a prior agreement with the Supplier.
**New Aircraft Request (PRO PLAN Subscribers): Clients subscribed to the PRO PLAN are entitled to request the modeling of one new aircraft per year. The Expressa team will review the request, and upon approval, the aircraft will be added to our production pipeline. Once approved, the client will be charged an implementation fee equal to 40% of the total modeling cost, with any applicable discounts applied based on the client’s subscription plan.
***Expiration of Assets: This applies to all creations made using Expressa, including materials, cameras, color schemes, configurations, and more.

Terms & Conditions Outline
- The Expressa Aircraft Library is proprietary of Expressa Studio and KiPcreating.
- The software is licensed on an annual or monthly agreement per user.
- In the annual PRO subscription, the user has access to the entire Expressa Aircraft Library, which is included in the subscription price.
- In the annual PRO subscription, each user can request one new Aircraft per year at no extra cost (they will be added to the production pipeline after approval).
- One user can only run one instance of the software at a time.
- The user access can be shared but won’t be able to access simultaneously unless you have more than one user.
- The Expressa Library includes standard OEM Aircraft and layouts.
- Each Aircraft is delivered following an OEM standard Color & Trim (C&T) guideline.
- New custom Seats, Quilts, or any custom monument can be ordered. We provide a Price List for optional content.
- Any custom geometry built for a client will be exclusively part of the client’s Expressa Library and not part of the public library.
