Important Notes:
You will find numbers throughout the document which correspond to the following notes:
(1) Standard OEM: it refers to the options publicly offered by the OEM that are not in the current Expressa Library. These options can be requested by any client at a minimum cost for activation and is paid only once with your subscription. The Expressa Team will evaluate if the request can be included as a Standard OEM option or it should be treated as an Exclusive item.
(2) Exclusive Client Use: it refers to the items exclusively created for a client and are not part of the Expressa Public Library. These options have a cost for creation and implementation that is paid only once with your subscription.
(3) Examples: adjust seat scale, minor geometry changes (seat base, armrest, footrest, headrest, seat belts), change from Stitching to Piping.
(4) adjust divan scale, minor geometry changes (divan base, seat belts, cushion, armrest, shroud), change from Stitching to Piping.
(5) Examples:
$ 1,000: Monuments re-arrangement and minor modeling changess.
$ 4,500: Changes on Seat, Divan, Bed, Galley and Lav.
If changes are more than 60% of the interior, it will be quoted separately.
Note: prices are expressed in American Dollars for US and the same price
in € applies to EU.

Terms & Conditions Outline
- The Expressa Aircraft Library is proprietary of Expressa Studio and KiPcreating.
- The software is licensed on an annual or monthly agreement per user.
- In the annual PRO subscription, the user has access to the entire Expressa Aircraft Library, which is included in the subscription price.
- In the annual PRO subscription, each user can request one new Aircraft per year at no extra cost (they will be added to the production pipeline after approval).
- One user can only run one instance of the software at a time.
- The user access can be shared but won’t be able to access simultaneously unless you have more than one user.
- The Expressa Library includes standard OEM Aircraft and layouts.
- Each Aircraft is delivered following an OEM standard Color & Trim (C&T) guideline.
- New custom Seats, Quilts, or any custom monument can be ordered. We provide a Price List for optional content.
- Any custom geometry built for a client will be exclusively part of the client’s Expressa Library and not part of the public library.
